Refund Policy

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If you're not satisfied with our services within 30 days of project initiation, we'll work with you to make it right or provide a refund according to the terms outlined below.

Overview

At MONOGRAM BUILDING & DESIGN, INC, client satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes projects don't go as planned, and we want to ensure you feel confident working with us. This refund policy outlines when and how refunds may be issued.

Eligibility for Refund

Refund requests may be considered in the following circumstances:

    Request within 30 days: Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the project start date (date of deposit payment).
  • 2
    Written request: All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to kathleenschardt@monogrambuilding.com.
  • 3
    Clear explanation: Please provide a clear explanation of why you are requesting a refund so we can address any concerns.

Refund Amounts

The refund amount depends on the stage of the project when the request is made:

Before Work Begins

If you cancel before any design work has commenced, you will receive a full refund of your deposit minus a 10% administrative fee.

Up to 90% refund

During Concept Development

If initial concepts have been presented but no revisions have been requested, you may receive a refund of 50% of the deposit paid.

Up to 50% refund

After Revision Rounds Begin

Once revisions have been requested and work has progressed, refunds are generally not available. However, we will work with you to address any concerns and reach a satisfactory resolution.

Case-by-case basis

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following circumstances:

  • Requests made after 30 days from project start date
  • Completed projects that have been approved and delivered
  • Projects where the client has failed to provide necessary materials or feedback
  • Change of mind after approving concepts or revisions
  • Third-party costs already incurred (printing, stock images, fonts, etc.)

Our Commitment to Resolution

Before requesting a refund, we encourage you to reach out to us with your concerns. We are committed to your satisfaction and will make every reasonable effort to address any issues with the project. This may include:

  • Additional revision rounds at no extra charge
  • Alternative design directions
  • Project scope adjustments
  • Extended timelines if needed

Refund Process

If your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days
  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method when possible
  • You will receive email confirmation when the refund has been processed
